Carmen Gonzalez is a ECISD school board member. She is also employed by NES. ECISD purchases matierals from NEC. Carmen while sitting on the school board votes for her employer. Which means a 25% commission for Carmen on every purchase. She is getting rich while sitting on the ECISD board.
