It is time to compensate one of Carmen's cronies! On October 14 the board will hire, non other, than Gladdis Ortega to, a new position called, director of ESL. With over twenty applicants that have applied for this position. There is only one person that was made for this job. And Carmen and co made sure she was going to get this job. The qualifications for this position were created on Gladdis' credentials.
What better way to give back to the people that have made Carmen Gonzalez rich. Gladdis is the same person that would order from Carmen's employer NES. Now, after so many years making Carmen a rich woman. It's time to payback Gladdis by giving her a $90,000 a year position.
To all the other school board members! It's time for you all to discuss all of these allegations. I don't care what the school attorney has been telling you. It doesn't look right to sit there and to ignore 1 million dollars made by NES. When you have a NES employer on the school board. And that fact that she voted only makes this a criminal act.
Welcome to the corruption over at ECISD! Want a job? Call Carmen and tell her that you will gladly take over the position Gladdis had. At that you will continue to purchase good and materials from NES! Carmen's police report will be coming out this coming Thursday!

Federal law states that if a crime has been committed and you know about it. Then it is your duty to either discuss the allegations or to tell the proper authorities. If you sit there and ignore such a crime. Then you are guilty just like the one who did the crime. So Mr. Trevino what are you going to do now? Sit and look the other way? Or are you going to discuss these allegations on Tuesday at the next ECISD board meeting? This happens to be a federal offense since there were federal monies involved. Your an attorney, it is your obligation to look into these allegations and to let the ECISD board what exactly is going on.
The crime that was done needs to be stopped. Which means, when Carmen Gonzalez voted on her employer NES that contract should now be void. But that can't occur until you look into these allegations. Turn your head the other way will make you just as guilty as Carmen.
Or you have known since day one. But have decided to look the other way since she is your boss. And if that is the case then you are just as guilty as her. Start writing down the list of names that knew about Carmen and her illegal ways.
