The department of justice has just released an answer on the ECISD Nov. election. The answer basically says that the paperwork was incomplete. They had to turn in the paperwork by December 31,2007. Which they did. But it was incomplete. That means that a may election should take place.
But here is the problem. The deadline for the may election has already passed. What's next? Can you say special election! Seems that Carmen and co will have to face the general public sooner than later. They can't even submit the correct paperwork. And they want us to pass a 112 million dollar bond election. Are you all crazy?
