Edinburg CISD’s Instructional Facilities Allotment (IFA) application, as amended by the Texas Education Agency, is attached and hereby incorporated by reference and, therefore, made a part of this allotment. The contents of the application are indicated by the placement of the letter X in the appropriate column(s) on the General Information page of the application, and any written incorporations by reference found on these schedules. Also incorporated by reference into this allotment are the “Statement of Conditions” and “Other Conditions Specific to Edinburg CISD’s Allotment” printed on pages 2 and following of this notice of allotment or elsewhere in the incorporated application. Edinburg CISD is hereby advised that the total allotment amount listed above includes both state and local funds. The proportion of the allotment provided through state funds may fluctuate and will be determined and communicated through an Instructional Facilities Allotment Statement on an annual basis.
