He was the one to appoint Wendy Sturgis Smith now divorced to edinburg city manager. He was the one to appoint Rick Palacios law partner Daniel Rios as edinburg city attorney. Making sum $40,000 a month with no experience. He was the one to appoint Joseph Palacios (Nick's son) to assistant city manager. So, I will ask again! What has he done? I can tell you in 4 words. Not a damn thing! And this is the guy who is going to run against our Mayor!
Richard Garcia is nothing more than a person that get appointed to all of his political positions. He does not no a thing when it comes to running an election. And you will see that in the coming months. Richard Garcia is not used to the attacks and attacks and more attacks that will come his way.
