#3 Giving La Sienna Development 15 million in tax breaks.
#4 Location of the new edinburg library. They used that location to payoff a bad debt that someone had at FNB.
#5 Enriquez Ent. giving a subcontract to Rio Grande Steel. On the new edinburg city hall.
#6 Alma Garza doesn't have a clue on what's going on about open govt.
#7 Both of these people hired Joseph Palacios as project manager with no experience.
#8 both these people hired Daniel Rios. Co partner of Rick Palacios. And he also had no experience.

And the list goes on and on.
It's pretty clear that these people have to go. With the nation in a recession. These two idiots have put two projects over budget some 14 million dollars.
