Senator Juan Hinojosa and Edinburg Mayor Joe Ochoa want to bring the 45 million dollar DPS Center to Edinburg. Last night at the EDC meeting this was discussed. The center would consist of over 250 + jobs.
Leave it to Richard Garcia and Fred Palacios to say NO. Why would they say NO? Maybe they don't want Ochoa and Hinojosa getting credit for this. After all, we all know Richard wants to run one more time as mayor. He liked milking the city.
And we really don't have to get into the Palacios thing. We all know what there about. Where was Aaron Pena in all this? He was driving around picking up the signs that land owners are leaving on the floor.
