Gene Espinoza is a Sales Rep. With Rio Grande Steel! Imagine His Commission Checks Just for a Vote!

The initial contract for the City Hall project was $6.65 million. But after several amendments to the contract, the City Council has added about $1 million in extra work orders. The change orders provide for landscaping, parking lots and building demolition that were not part of the initial package, which covered only the costs of building the new structure, Espinosa said.

“It wasn’t that the price went up,” he said. “It was for more work to be done.”

The $2.25 million in police station upgrades includes new facilities for the municipal court and for community policing operations. The project incorporates the original frame from the old station and is set to be completed by the end of January, Cavazos said.

I'm sure he gets some big commission checks after voting for the city to buy steel from his employer. What's going to happen after Gene loses? I guess they won't need him anymore. And he'll be out of a job. Corruption at it's best. Where is your pal Aaron Pena? Or he's ignoring the corruption here in Edinburg. Because all of his friends are involved?

Gene equals more contracts to Rio Grande Steel. Which means nice commission checks for Gene.

Aaron equals a two face liar. Thar seems to be what he is most good at.

Alma equals well let's just say she's not the brightest one of the group.
