Somebody asked me what type of effect would Gene Espinoza have on his uncle's campaign? I thought about that one long and hard. And I can only see something negative coming out of it. I mean, to me Gene Espinoza is burned.

So I think Gene has done a number with the Espinoza name. As for Alma Garza! Well, she can't do much without asking Richard Garcia for advice. And then Richard needs to clear it up with Nick and Fred. Example: Imagine Alma being on council ready to vote on something.
All of a sudden she says wait I need to call Richard Garcia to see how to vote. Then Richard says I will need to talk to Fred and Nick Palacios. Can you table it for next meeting?
