School attorney Jacques Trevino has a little secret in his contract. SSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH don't bring up the school attorney at the school board meeting.
You see, if nobody brings up the fact that his contract is up for renewal. His contract automatically gets renewed for another year. So, what kind of BS is this? Mr. Trevino is already calling the school board to see where they stand in renewing his contract.
Some on the board have said that they are to busy looking for a new superintendent that they don't have time to be looking for a new school attorney. I can tell you who the new superintendent is going to be. The person applying from La Joya is the front runner to get the position.
What happened to open govt? What happened to transparency and accountability? Makes you wonder how much Mr. Trevino gives to these peoples campaigns to keep his job?Cause, we all know he's not there for his smarts!

Two Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District students have been confirmed as having had the H1 N1 virus. Both students were seen by medical officials, treated and cleared to return to school.
Jacques Trevino, attorney for the ECISD, told the Edinburg Review that one student was an elementary student and the other a middle school student. Due to confidentiality laws, the student’s names were not released and no other information revealed.
Why isn't school being suspended? You have an assistant principal that already died! What in the world is going on?
I guess Mr. Trevino doesn't consider this to hazardous to your health. Like I said! He ain't there cause of his brains.
