Ricky Rod's sister was just waiting for her name to be called as one of the attorneys for the city. But that my friends did not happen. What happened was that Noe Garza showed his true colors. Instead of going to executive session like all the other council members. Noe, decided that he needed to attend to a personal matter. So, he decided to pack up and leave. Only to return when the votes were already cast to keep Rick Gonzalez until after the '09 May elections.
