Two new positions are going to open up over at administration. A director of bilingual ESL and an accounting position for that dept. Now, we already know who the position is going to. That person's initials are GO. This person not only invests in Carmen's campaign. This person also invests in her book company. Carmen probably feels that she needs to award her friends that help her out.
