All you got to do is serve the board honestly and with accountability. But no, Carmen has to profit off being on the board. Your there to serve our kids and to keep an eye on the tax dollars. Which is another failed project. Last year's tax rate was at $1.11 now $1.18. You were very smooth on the language you and the bond committee used to the taxpayers. Vote on this and the state will pick up 50 percent of the tab. Boy were we wrong. We are going to get 3 and half million dollars a year for the next what 32 years. And all this is not guaranteed money. It is up to the legislation for the money to be in place. Carmen you got a lot of explaining to do. So start by answering this question. Why are you employed by NES and currently serving on the ECISD board?
