A three percent pay raise is on the agenda for the ECISD school board. But Carmen is telling her peers that she is willing to give a five percent pay raise to all employees. Ahh, there is nothing like using taxpayer money to buy votes.
Over three hundred and fifty grievances have been filed. And most if not all have to do with the way the pay schedule was developed for this past school year. Where was Carmen in all this? She was making sure her business of NES (National Education Systems Inc out of San Antonio)was making her money. She sells books to the ECISD school dist. Which is a clear violation of the conflict of interest rule. She's on the board for a reason ladies and gentleman. And that reason has nothing to do with your kids or mine. It all about the American dollar and what have you done for me lately.
Carmen is about making money and catering to the Palacios family. Those Palacios love money! And will stop at nothing to get it. Currently they hold the majority on the school board. And there waiting in the wing for Richard Garcia's campaign to begin. It's all about money and nothing about you or me or your kids or my kids.
Yes people, it's very sad when you see someone like Carmen with over 30 + years of education experience having to cater to the P family. But that's the way it is!
