Tomorrow the edinburg city council will hold a workshop. What's on the agenda? The selling of Ebony Golf Course to the city of Edinburg. We all know that banks across the United States are hurting cause of the economy. First National Bank is no different. You see Alma Garza and Gene Espinoza were paid good money by FNB. Now, the bank is asking for a favor. A favor to sell Ebony Golf Course to the city for some $5 million dollars.
Why Sell? Currently the city of edinburg has a three year lease agreement with Ebony Golf Course. So, what's the hurry? The banks are in dire need of money. And $5million dollars sure sounds like a good chunk of change when dealing with a negative economy.
Deception! The city council on the agenda packets put that they will be in executive session to discuss things with the city attorney. The problem is that don't specify what things were discussed or even said. They leave the public wondering.
This my friends is illegal. This needs to be held up in court to let a judge decide. These idiots we call our council members are full of lies and deception. And will help only those who donate to there campaign.
Example: Noe Ramon owner of EMS got his wish in asking for more money cause of the high gas prices.
FNB- they continue to donate to these idiots and in turn get what they want.
It's time for the community to come together and tell these people to go to hell. Yes, Alma Garza, Gene Espinoza and Noe Garza that means you. You all are like the P family. Just with different last names.
