There is a new standard in Edinburg. It was giving $75,000 to EMS for the high gas prices. Yes folks, the city council with Gus Garcia included gave Noe Ramon some $75,000 because he says the cost of gas has gone up. Which is hurting his business.
Now, everyone with contracts with the city is bound to go before the council and ask them to pay for there gas prices.
EMS was given a $130,000 contract from the city of Edinburg. Now, you would have to add the $75,000 they voted to give him for the high price gas. Question! How did they come up with the $75,000 amount?
What is amazing to me is that Gus Garcia voted for this. I'm sure some deal was cut between him and Ramon. The question is what? You got a lot of explaining to do to with the taxpayers. All I can say is GOOD LUCK!
Just a thought! Can the people that live in Edinburg ask the city council to pay for our gas? Hey, if they can do it for EMS. Why not the people that live in the city? If the council is throwing money away. Why not towards the voters of Edinburg?
Or do they give political favors because certain people gave these council members a lot of money.
Next time you go put gas. Remember EMS and Noe Ramon and of course the $75,000!
