Residents sue Weslaco school district over election plan

WESLACO — Two residents have filed a lawsuit against the Weslaco school district and three of its trustees for approving a plan to extend the length of their elected terms.
As you can see Aaron Pena voted for this.
Let me get this straight. Your taking all the power away from the people. And giving it to the school board members! Aaron must be learning something from Craddick!
