What do you know about the minimum wage? Texas'minimum wage rates is the same as the Federal. Minimum wage is currently at $5.85 an hour. On 07/24/2008 it will change to $6.55 an hour.And on 07/24/2009 it will change to $7.25 an hour.
But my concern is NOW! What did they do/or try to do for us this past session?
HB 262, sponsored by Representative Garnet Coleman, raises minimum wage to as of Sept. 1, 2007, $6.65 per hour, Sept. 1, 2008, $7.65 per hour and as of Oct. 1, 2009 and each year thereafter, adjusted for inflation.

Aaron doesn't care about the poor. His main concern is about the rich. The rich are the people that donate to his campaign. And you said voting for a Republican would not matter. Looks, like it does matter! And it matters A Lot!
