Gene Espinoza has been telling people he wants to bring a law firm filled with different attorneys. Well, he's talking about the firm of Rick Palacios and Gonzalez out of McAllen.
The duties of a city attorney:
Go to the city council meetings to be the attorney.
Go to the P&Z meetings
And also act as the city prosecutor at the municipal level.
Here is where it gets interesting. The city attorney would have to go in front of the the municipal court judge. And be the city prosecutor. Who is the judge? Terry Palacios. If the city were to hire this law firm they would have a really big conflict of interest. With Rick Palacios as a partner.
Daniel Rios was renting from Rick Palacios but was never a partner in his firm. This is totally different. There is no way this firm could get hired without it being a conflict.
But does Gene Espinoza even care? He has a habit of voting for his employer of Rio Grande Steel. Which is another conflict of interest. Where in the world is the FBI? Or that's right! There in Pharr. But I'm sure they see what's going on.
Gene Espinoza voted to give 1 Million dollars to a brand new boys and girls club
Gandy and Looney want to build a new boys and girls club north of Edinburg. What do they want to do with the existing one? You guessed it! They want to shut it down. And move north. Gene was one of the ones that voted to give these people 1 million dollars.
The new city hall is currently about 4 million over budget. How in the world can that happen? Ask Richard Garcia, Gene Espinoza, Noe Garza and Alma Garza. This is there little project.

Aaron Pena has been very quite when it comes to fighting corruption in Edinburg. All his friends are involved. Another idiot that needs to get out.
ECISD votes tonight
Can you imagine all the school dist. in the state of TX voting to change from three to four yr terms. There is going to be a lot of lawsuits in the state courts. Leave it up to Aaron boy to vote to give the power not to the people but to the school board members.
