On Aaron Pena's blog today. He has a television ad wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. And at the end of the ad it says sponsored by Time Warner Cable. Last time I checked Time Warner is a corporation.
Which means any elected official taking donations from a corporation in Texas is illegal. That being said. We will be filing the necessary paperwork tomorrow. And will be hoping for a criminal investigation on this matter. Aaron Pena sure does know the Texas laws. But I guess he doesn't care what law he breaks to get re elected.
