Do you remember when Aaron Pena was a die hard democrat? Fighting for the poor, the elderly, the disabled. What happened? Do you remember how he blasted Kino Flores for being to close to the Republican Party? What happened?
You watch your local news and they talk about a murder here, a burglary there, a robbery here. It makes you sick to your stomach. But ask yourself this? Why is crime so bad? Especially here in the valley.
You tell me how anyone can survive on minimum wage? Before you get your check they have to deduct taxes. How are you to survive with a family? I didn't even mention health insurance. What about people with pre existing conditions? Sorry no can do!
It's been five years since Aaron Pena has been a st. rep. What did he bring you and me? Where is the pharmacy school! The law school! The Medical School! Five years and for what? A lousy 2 and half million dollars going to the Edinburg RAC? Now what does that do for you and me?
Are we able to sleep better at night? Are we able to pay our bills every month? Are we able to provide for our family? NO
The cost of school tuition is going up. The cost of electricity is going up. Damn people everything is going up.
