HB 1001 & SB 368 are identical bills. Relating to the compensation of state judges and to the computation of retirement benefits for state judges and for members of the elected class of the Employees Retirement System of Texas.
As you can see Aaron Pena was a co author.
Aaron Pena was there for the vote.
Aaron Pena decided not to vote against it. But he also didn't vote for it. So the House rules state that if a vote is not a NAY vote. And the person was not absent. Then the vote goes under YEAH which means Aaron Pena not only co authored HB 1001 but in the end he voted to get his retirement.
And that my friends is how Aaron Pena works. It's called deception and he lies alot!
You will not fool the voters of dist. 40 again.
