Aaron Pena has been going to bar be cues, events, fund raisers, etc. And he tends to take lots and lots of photos. Then he goes and puts most of the photos he took on his website. And it looks like these people he's taking pictures with are endorsing him.
Most if not all these people that he took photos with didn't even know that they had come out on his website, much less endorse him. When I would confront these people and ask if they were endorsing Aaron. They would tell me NO. That it was just a simple photo.
So, when I would show them Aaron's site and that same exact photo on there. It's looks like an endorsement to me! They would agree but say that was misleading.
Aaron your misleading the public. Which is nothing new to you. You come down here pretending to be a Democrat. Then you go to Austin and your a Republican. So, if you plan to continue to put photos of other people on your site.
You also need to put up a disclaimer. Those people that your taking the photos with will sign there name. That is to let them know that you will be using that photo for your campaign. If no disclaimer is found the public will know the truth. And the truth would be that your misleading the general public. Again!
