J. Eric Pena happens to be Aaron Pena's brother. He is also a republican. It looks like the EDC lent him $780,000 dollars. Richard Garcia was the current mayor at the time. Now you know why Aaron and Richard are buddy, buddy.
It's called get rich off the taxpayers. It would be interesting to see how much of the $780,000 Eric has paid since 2003. Was Aaron going to tell the taxpayers about this? No! How does he qualify to borrow $780,000. He's only a paralegal for his fathers law office.
