What does Sylvia Handy have incommon with Andy Rios? Take a guess it starts with a P.
Sylvia Handy got her office raided by the feds and working with her was one of the P's. Now Andy Rios is up next and we all know that the P's are helping him. He even hired Rick Palacios as his attorney. Should be very interesting to see what court he gets.
Remember Laura Hinojosa's office is infested with P's. Her husband is partners with Terry Palacios. Andy's case should be heard in federal court. Tells you what I think about the state courts.
So why all the corruption you may ask? It's an easy question. Just look at the people now running for office. At least we have a decent mayor. A mayor that wants to do good for the city. Not like Richard Garcia and the Palacios family.
This family still has a say so with Gene Espinoza and Alma Garza. It's just a matter of time before these two will lose. The people of Edinburg are sick of the Palacios.
